尊敬的客戶:
由于嘉銘中心客戶的快遞業務量逐日增大,我們發現快遞人員在嘉銘中心服務過程中出現使用客戶桌椅,占用消防通道,使用客梯等現象,給嘉銘中心辦公環境造成一定影響。
近期物業管理中心對所有進出大廈的快遞人員進行逐一登記并詳細講解大廈的要求,包括:進出通道,分發區域,以及物品擺放等均提出明確要求(詳見附件內容)。為了創造良好的辦公環境,同時更加有效的幫助快遞人員遵守大廈的要求,希望貴司協助我們共同監督。如發現快遞人員有不當行為,請幫忙及時糾正或聯系物業管理中心進行處理,不勝感謝!

Dear Customers,
Recently, we have noticed some of the express delivery men using the tenants’ tables & chairs and guest lifts or making the fire exits in occupation which impact the working orders and environment. Those may due to the increasing express delivery in Jiaming Center.
The property management office has registered for every express delivery man while explain the details about the entrance, areas for handing out and the putting orders (please find details in attachment). We hope your esteemed company may help us to manage the express delivery orders by specifying and monitoring the express delivery men’s behavior. Please contact us if any incorrect behavior occurred and help us to correct the disorder.
