嘉銘中心消防演習(xí)的通知

尊敬的客戶(hù)：
為了增強(qiáng)全體人員的消防安全意識(shí)，并提高遇火災(zāi)突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急處理能力，物業(yè)管理中心將于2014年10月28日（周二）10:30-12:00舉行消防演習(xí)，我們誠(chéng)邀您的參與。具體安排如下：
1.應(yīng)急消防廣播將被啟動(dòng)，通知人員疏散，屆時(shí)請(qǐng)所有參與者從大廈兩側(cè)的消防樓梯進(jìn)行疏散，至大廈東側(cè)指定集合地點(diǎn)（詳見(jiàn)附件圖示）；
2.電梯迫降，待全部人員疏散至一層集結(jié)地后恢復(fù)運(yùn)行，停止運(yùn)行時(shí)間約20分鐘。屆時(shí)所有電梯將被緊急迫降（8部客梯、2部VIP電梯、4部觀光梯、2部貨梯、4部轉(zhuǎn)換梯）；
3.滅火器的使用講解及參與者現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際操作體驗(yàn)，以及消防車(chē)模擬火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)疏散體驗(yàn)，地點(diǎn)位于大廈一層外圍東側(cè)及東南側(cè)；
4.物業(yè)工作人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)模擬火災(zāi)撲救，地點(diǎn)位于地下二層；
5.所有參與者在疏散出口處（大廈北門(mén)）可獲得禮品兌換券一張，憑券參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽獎(jiǎng)及兌換禮品。一等獎(jiǎng)1名、二等獎(jiǎng)3名、三等獎(jiǎng)5名，領(lǐng)取紀(jì)念品時(shí)間：演習(xí)當(dāng)日下午13：00-19:00，地點(diǎn)：大堂A座前臺(tái)。
所有參與者請(qǐng)聽(tīng)從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮人員安排，注意安全。感謝您的支持和參與，由此給您帶來(lái)任何不便敬請(qǐng)諒解。

Dear Customers,
In order to comprehend more about the emergency dealing and awareness on fire protection, the Property Management Office will bring you a fire drill from 10:30am to 12:00am on Oct 28th (Tuesday), 2014. It's our big honor to invite you to participate in this event. The specific details are as
following.
1. The fire drill will be announced through the fire broadcast system. You are supposed to be mustered by the fire staircase on east of the building.(Please refer to the directory attached for more information).
2. All the lifts will be stopped running till all the participators have reached the assembling place (it will take around 20 minutes), including 8 passenger lifts, 2 VIP lifts, 4 sightseeing lifts, 2 freight elevators and 4 shuttle lifts.
3. An introduction of the fire extinguisher and operating experience for the fire extinguisher will be prepared on east and southeast ground of the building. Meanwhile, the fire fighting experienced truck will be able to experience the fire evacuation.
4. The simulated fire fighting will be taken by property office staffs on B2.
5. Well prepared gifts are reserved for all participants. The gift cards will be offered at the evacuation exit outside the building’s north gate. The gift cards may bring you the hottest prize for the lucky draw. Meanwhile, there will be gift exchanging for all participants by the cards. We have 1 first prize, 3 second prizes and 5 third prizes. You can pick the gift at Tower A reception desk during 13:00-19:00 on that day.
All the participants should follow the fire commands on site and take care yourself. We apologize for any caused inconvenience and appreciate for your cooperation and support.
