尊敬的客戶:
近期,我們發現多起突發臨時性非工作時間運送及搬出大批貨物的情況,且所運送物品未取得所屬公司確認的物品通行證。給大廈管理造成壓力同時也給客戶運送工作造成不便。為確保大廈租戶財產安全,在此對物品搬運做如下提醒:
1.因每座僅有1部貨梯,所有大批量貨物運送建議安排在非工作時間進行,特殊情況需要在工作時間運送時請盡量避開貨梯使用高峰期,周一至周五每天10:00-16:30期間為貨梯使用高峰期;
2.請至少提前一天向大廈物業管理中心遞交運貨申請,周末的運送申請需在周五16:00前遞交至物業管理中心;
3.搬出物品時須出具有公司蓋章的《物品通行證》,填寫物品及數量須與實際搬運一致;
4.所有物品的裝卸和進出大廈均需在B2卸貨平臺完成,車庫限高3米,少量手攜物品可從大廈一層北側貨運通道出入大廈;
5.垂直運送貨物須使用貨梯,嚴禁使用客梯運貨。

Dear Customers,
Recently we have found a number of unexpected temporary goods transportation occurred in non working time which makes the building management is under pressure as well as bring the inconvenience to customers. Furthermore, the goods transportation has no goods passport which should be signed by the authorized people. To ensure the building and tenants’ property safety, we are kindly reminding you the attention matters in goods transportation.
1. Due to each tower has only one cargo lift, we suggest the plenty of goods transportation should be operating in the non working time. The special requirements which have to be in operation during the working time should avoid the lift operation rush hours. (Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:30)
2. Please submit the application to the property management center one day ahead. The weekend transportation applications should be submitted before Friday 4:00 pm.;
3. Please offer the certification which has been signed by the official seal. The items and quantity must be consistent with the actual handling.
4. All the goods entrance and loading should be finished in the B2 loading platform. The garage restricted height is 3 M. A small amount of carrying goods enter the building from the north side of freight corridor is allowed.
5. The vertical goods transportation must be operated by the cargo lift. The passenger lift using is strictly forbidden.
