由于天氣逐漸變冷，為保證大廈內溫度，營造良好的辦公環境，即日起封閉一層大堂西側的貨運通道。鑒于此，現對嘉銘中心的運貨注意事項提醒如下：

1. 所有進出大廈貨物請從B2運貨通道，包括但不限于送餐，快遞，公司搬運物品以及貨物裝卸等；

2. 所有垂直運送貨物均須使用貨梯，貨梯分別位于A座南側和B座北側；

3. 如需一次運送大批貨物，物業管理中心可安排專梯運送，需要提前一天申請（貨梯申請請參考附件）；

4. 如公司有貨物運出大廈，請提前填寫好物品通行證（詳見附件），并蓋好公司公章在出貨時交予B2卸貨平臺管理員。

以上事宜煩請向貴司相關人員及送貨供應商轉達，并請協助配合大廈工作人員指引。如有任何問題請隨時與我們聯系010-5293 9999轉676/655。

Dear Customers,

In order to ensure the temperature inside the building and create a good office environment, Jiaming Center Property Management will close the freight channel on the west side of the first floor lobby as the weather gradually cooling. The present on the center of the freight note reminds as following:

1.All import and export goods please access the building through the B2 shipping channel. Import and export goods include delivery, express, goods transportation, cargo handling and etc.

2.All vertical transportation shall use the cargo lifts, which are respectively located in the south of Tower A and north of Tower B.

3.If delivery of large quantities of goods are in need, property management center is able to arrange reserved lift transportation. The requirement need to apply for a day in advance (cargo lift application please refer to the attachment).

4.If there are some goods need to be out of building, please fill the goods pass in advance as well as assist PM staffs; guiding (please refer to the attachment). Please cover the company seal to the 

platform administrator in B2 as you going through.
