1.供暖時間為工作日08:00至19:00，請根據天氣及室內溫度情況通過調節租區內的溫控面板隨時調節室內溫度（建議設置溫度22-26攝氏度），其它時間系統將保持低溫運行。

2.如需加時供暖，請至少提前24小時向物業管理中心提交書面申請（附件為加時供暖申請表），加時供暖收費標準，

Dear Customers,

Jiaming center central air-conditioning system will turn into the winter heating system from 

13^th Nov,2014. The related problems and reminding are as following:

1. The heating supply is from 8:00 to 19:00 during the workdays. Please regulate the indoor temperature through the temperature control board. The suggested temperature will be 22℃- 26℃ . 

2. If you need an extra heating service, please submit your applications to the property management office 24 hours ahead. (The attachment is the overtime heating application) The overtime heating 

fee standards are as following.

The leased area which is less than 800 square meters should pay RMB 700/hour. The leased area which is more than 800 square meters should pay RMB 0.65/square meters/hour.
